Division 2 Dissemination Division
The Dissemination Division makes the organization’s products and services widely known and demanded, creating a high volume of public attaining them. To achieve this, the following actions are done:
- Uses informative mailings, magazines, promotion and other communication methods to inform the public of the organization’s services and products and the published materials it offers so these are acquired in a viable quantity.
- Stocks all published materials so they are readily available.
- Contacts individuals who have expressed interest in the organization’s products so these are obtained by them.
- Keeps accurate files of people who previously received service or obtained products from the organization and maintains correspondence with them so they can acquire further products and services.
